The flexible semi-automatic compact with little space requirement offers you product safety comparable to our fully automatic systems. It is ideal for applications in the traditional butchery trade or product development for test markets or commercial kitchens.

Performance: Depending on the tray type and application, the tray sealing machine seals up to 6 packs/min., fully automatic and without quality fluctuations.

Applications: The SEALPAC M1 semi-automatic tray sealer is suitable for classic MAP packaging formats in the crafts trade and food service industry. It processes all conventional materials - from standard aluminium trays to the new ultra-thin tray packaging for microwave and oven products. The flexible compact also reliably produces alternative packaging applications, e.g. eTray®, Halopack, DS-Smith, Jospak, etc.
